There is no better way to gather information or get a "feel" for your wishes and instructions than face-to-face. Phone or Video calls just aren't the same. Equally important is your opportunity to decide if you feel happy with us! Remember, there is no obligation either way to do anything at all.

The key part of Estate Planning is to pinpoint any areas of concern and protect them wherever possible. All advice is best practice to ensure your assets are for no-one other than your chosen beneficiaries. A Will and associated products can cost-effectively keep your money and assets where you want them and not in the hands of the Taxman or anyone else. Rugby Wills aims to protect and preserve your assets from The Taxman, Care Homes, Council, Bankruptcy and other attacks on the Estate. It is worth noting that some have a "shadow" so they need to be in place for at least seven years to succeed. So time is of the essence. Start with a free "Fact-Find"

Your final wishes are not just contained in your Will. Various other documents which we provide for free, protect and support the Will and enhance it. We endeavour to make the Executors job as easy as possible by providing these supporting documents, and your input is required to create them as they are personal to you. There is never a "one size fits all" plan.

 Lasting Powers of Attorney for both Health and Welfare plus Property and Finance, are essential in ensuring your wishes are protected and preserved while you are still alive. The Health and Welfare LPA allows someone you trust to look after your well-being in all situations when you no longer have capacity. The Finance and Property LPA can be used immediately if you wish (ie out of the country a lot), but is usually enforced when you no longer wish, or can't, manage your finances. 

We work with and around you to find the level of protection you require. We present options and give the best advice. Once you've decided the level of protection you're comfortable with, we put that in place. We work to put your plan in place within 30days*. We are always here for questions and queries.
