Professionally checking that your existing Will is up to date with current legislation, continues to satisfy your future wishes, ensures the minimum payment of Inheritance tax from your estate and checks possible attacks on the Will. Just take photos of each page on your phone or send/scan a photocopy for a report. NEVER send the original!

A Codicil is a legal document that allows for simple changes (up to a maximum of three) within the Will without having to rewrite it. Usually, names and addresses only. It is kept with the Will and one is required per Will for Mirror Wills. Same price for single (one) or mirror (two) Codicils. Requires signing and witnessing. Not to be used for changes in distribution.

An Advanced Directive is highly recommended with a Health & Welfare LPA

 where the attorneys are given power over life sustaining treatment. It saves a lot of guilt and worry. 

 With your permission, it can be used as soon as it’s registered.

Where Attorneys are not local and cannot attend the signing, we send the relevant sheets for signing and witnessing remotely then returning the completed sheets. UK Only

Basic Power for Finance only. Valid until loss of capacity, and active immediately. Not all financial instituions accept them, please check yours first.

Government Fees are fixed per LPA document and paid by cheque or card directly from the client. We cannot pay this on your behalf. This is shown on your invoice but credited back for clarity.

An expanded Property Probate Trust with the ability to manage finances, property and RNRB. Also incorporates a basic discretionary trust. Used where the legacy path is straightforward and no special restrictions/requests are needed. Charged per Will

For use, if you  have specific wishes for your beneficiaries especially if you foresee problems. For example inability to handle inheritance, drugs or alcohol abuse, worries about marriage and possible divorce. Give the ability to specify exactly how the legacy is provided. Often used in conjunction with a Property Trust. Charged per Will

Giving a right to reside usually for your Spouse, amongst many other benefits, including potential care fee protection. Charged per Will

Gifting your property(s) to the beneficiary(s) to mitigate tax with holdover relief.

A special Trust to convey your main asset (home) into Trust during lifetime to protect it. It is not suitable for everyone. Price on Application
