Yes, completely free but like all things, there are simple requirements. People are distrustful of "Free" offers as you never get "owt for nowt" However as only 30% of the UK have Wills we feel it's a tragedy that young families aren't covering themselves for whatever reason and want to do something about it.

We decided to do this specifically for families who don't have a Will and do have children.

It will be a Mirror Will for you and your spouse, effectively leaving everything to your spouse and then equally split to your children. The gifts/distribution must be the same. If the Children are under 16, we will also add your choice of Guardians for them and also a Trust for any gifts until they are 18.

So, what have you got to do,

1. Decide who your Executors will be, usually your spouse and someone else you both trust.

2. Decide who the childrens Guardians are in the event of both of you passing.

3. Fill in an "Address Book" with everyone's details who will be mentioned in the Will (We send this to you).

4. Fill in a straightforward Finance sheet which looks at the value of your Estate.

All information must be correct as this will be used in the drafting of your Mirror Wills

This offer will be valid in the month of December 2022, not outside.

What we will do,

We will use the information you provide to work out the best Will solution for you. If we feel that a simple Will will not suffice or protect you fully, we will advise you of this. However we will still create your basic Will for free. 

We will send you a draft Will for approval and once approved, create the Will, bind it, create one copy and send to you with instructions on how to attest the Will (sign it).

We will always be available for telephone advice during normal office hours and we will call you in a years time to ensure the Will is still fit for purpose.

We are not asking for any payment, nor any donations to any charity but you can if you wish. 

What we can't do for this offer

Create anything other than a simple will for free. If you instruct us to add extra protections, the basic Will is still free, but the extras will be chargeable. We can't come and visit you at home as this is an online offer.
