We only certify LPA's that we have produced, and this is now unnecessary as the Office of the Public Guardian has an online service where you can register your LPA's. If someone wishes sight of them, you can request a Reference number based on your LPA number so they can login and view the document(s).
The original is the only important document for Wills. Certifying does not make a copy admissible for Probate, so the original needs to be kept in perfect condition. Copies may be required for financial institutions together with a death certificate. We can certify the WIll as a "True Likeness" provided we have sight of the Will. There is a nominal charge for this.
Consider Professional Storage as the best way to protect your valuable documents.
LPA's also need to be kept in good condition, but you can request a copy from the Office of the Public Guardian for a fee (currently £35)

If you're submitting for a grant of Probate, it's worth checking the Will has been signed correctly by the Testator and two witnesses and also dated. If not, it'll be rejected and you'll be intestate. You'd be surprised how may haven't been attested correctly!!
For any other documents we suggest a call to your local solicitors (we are not solicitors), especially for passport and immigration requirements. We cannot assist with these.
