IMPORTANT NOTE – Currently, I am unable to visit clients at home as I am recovering from a crushed T1 Vertabrae (broken spine). This means I can’t easily drive and get from my car to your house. We can carry out a video call if appropriate to overcome this. This is not the way I like to meet and look after my clients but needs must. Bearing in mind this has been going on since March and still not resolved I hope you can bear with me.

Common Items

Many more options are available. If in doubt, just ask. We are often asked for a “Simple Will”. These do not exist in Professional Estate Planning as they leave too many factors unprotected. A DIY Will may seem to cover what you need, but remember you won’t be there to pick up the mess they can leave. If you’re basing your family’s protection on price alone, we are not the Estate Planners for you. However, we are extremely competitive compared to Banks, Solicitors and other Will Writers

Single Will – £250

Straightforward Will passing assets to Children or partners etc. Additions are extra.

Mirror Will – £350

Will mirroring with Partner/Spouse wishes being exactly the same. Additions are extra.

Basic Clone Will – £450

Will Checking – £60

Professionally checking that your existing Will is up to date with current legislation, continues to satisfy your future wishes, ensures the minimum payment of Inheritance tax from your estate and checks possible attacks on the Will. Just send photo/scan a complete copy for a report.

Memorandum of Wishes – Free

This essential document supports the Will and guides the Executors. It is free to create and update by yourself and includes details of financial accounts and more. Just ask for the template. It helps find information when you’re not here and prevents squabbles as you write the details personally.

Discretionary Trust – One per Will, Mirrored for couples.

Expressing your specific wishes for beneficiaries is crucial, particularly if you anticipate potential challenges. Issues such as an inability to manage an inheritance, substance abuse, concerns about marriage, divorce and sideways disinheritance can arise. You can ensure your intentions are honoured by clearly outlining how your legacy should be distributed. This approach is frequently paired with a Property Trust for enhanced management and security.
