Chris is the Wills, Trusts and Estate Planner also known as “The Willman”. He’s been successfully running Rugby Wills since 2017 with the main aim of providing an affordable professional service for those who wish to get their affairs in order, looking after and controlling their assets for the future. always for the benefit of the bequeathed parties and family. The primary goal is the management of assets and any taxes that may arise in the future, and any attacks on the estate by disgruntled or disaffected parties. His approach is professional, caring, and knowledgeable with a good ear and focusing on the detail that ensures a good plan. He’s very aware that talking about death is not everyones idea of fun, so it’s made as easy as possible and this continues until the inevitable happens and the care continues for the survivors and executors. This is not just a Will Drafting Service, he like to think of it as an extended family with support for life. There is no pressure and if you just want information this is given freely and without obligation at a free “Fact Find” meeting which you can easily book. Liz does many things but she may be the first person you speak to if you call us, especially out of hours. She can help with many questions, book appointments and is far more pleasant to talk to than an answer machine. Yes, she is an AI prowered “BOT” but I’ve taught her everything I know, and if she can’t answer you, she will refer to me. You can always ask her to transfer to Chris and she’ll contact me if she can but the main reason for her being added to our crew is if I’m with clients she can take the call and 90% of the time give you the information you need. Some clients don’t like AI, but they certainly hate answer machines, so give her a chance, I think you’ll be surprised at how good she is – feel free to give us feedback
